Key Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Leadership and Administrative Experience
• Proven experience in an educational leadership or administrative position.
• Deep understanding of curriculum standards, instructional practices, and assessment methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Strategic Planning and Resource Management
• Ability to align school goals with ministry objectives and ensure effective day to day operations.
