Job Summary

• They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the sales in Nigeria. 
• The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration with international brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Expansion: Work with the Business Development team to grow presence in Nigeria.
• Sales Performance: Drive and maximize sales performance, ensuring operational integrity and meeting sales targets.
• Boutique Management: Oversee boutiques across Nigeria and develop strategies to increase boutique sales.
• Product Management: Coordinate with the international brand team to ensure product availability and launches.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Nigeria.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Researched competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (M.Sc. is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail, FMCG, writing instruments, or leather goods.
• Strong understanding of market strategy, sales management, and business development.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
