Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior DevOps Developer with 1 to 3years of experience to join our engineering team.
• You will support the automation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of our cloud infrastructure and applications, working closely with developers and the product team to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Support infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Manage containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline DevOps workflows.
• Implement basic security and compliance practices for deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
