Job Summary

• The Finance Manager will oversee the financial activities of the company, including managing budgets, financial planning, and compliance.
• They will analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for efficient financial management.
• The Finance Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure the firm's financial goals are met while adhering to financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Offer recommendations to enhance profitability and stability.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring resource allocation aligns with financial guidelines.
• Monitor budget performance and propose cost-saving measures.
• Implement policies to improve financial efficiency.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax filings and audits.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise the finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Relationships:

• Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
