Job Title: Accountant / Internal Auditor (Hospitality)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant/Internal Auditor to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, conduct internal audits, and provide insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with external auditors during year-end audits.
• Prepare audit findings and present reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or internal auditing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
