About the Role

• Hole19 Group is expanding and seeking to recruit exceptional Senior Luxury Sales Executives to join our prestigious retail team. This is your opportunity to work with Nigeria’s leading luxury brands – Zakaa and Perfume Prive, delivering unparalleled customer service and driving premium sales.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You are a confident, polished, high-performing sales professional with deep experience in luxury, fashion, fragrance, or hospitality sales. You understand the art of relationship-building and delivering a tailored client experience. You are proactive, professional, and target-driven.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in high-end/luxury retail or hospitality sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Impeccable grooming and strong presence; appearance matters.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail behavior and customer expectations.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage VIP clients and build strong customer loyalty.
• Self-motivated, works excellently under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing and available to travel if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service with poise and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-up.
• Keep up-to-date with luxury trends, collections, and storytelling.
• Contribute to the visual merchandising and premium ambiance of the store.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals consistently.
• Represent Hole19 Group with the highest level of integrity and style.
