Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with a strong understanding of Product Design to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media while collaborating with product designers to enhance user experience.
• You should have expertise in branding, UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for marketing, social media, websites, and product interfaces.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and user experience across all platforms.
• Assist in creating UI/UX assets such as wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Design packaging, product labels, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different screen sizes, resolutions, and formats.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Maintain organized design assets and documentation for future reference and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, with exposure to product design or UI/UX.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product design or working alongside product development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic and product design work.
