Job Summary

• The IT Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall information technology infrastructure and services for the organization.
• This role involves overseeing network administration, system security, hardware and software maintenance, and ensuring technology aligns with business goals.
• The ideal candidate is technically proficient, a strong leader, and committed to maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Manage IT security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Assess and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT management, network administration, system administration, or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in managing various IT systems and software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
