Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our sales team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, motivating team members, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with our brand's values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Service, Marketing) to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, financing, and dealership operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
