Job Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Support sales and service teams by relaying customer needs and feedbacks.
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Meet performance targets and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Must be staying within the axis of Ago Palace Way.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
