Job Overview

• We are seeking a Tech Specialist who combines strong technical skills with creative insight to bring digital solutions to life. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, auditing, and maintaining digital properties (websites, landing pages, sales funnels) for both internal and external stakeholders. 
• They will work at the intersection of brand, technology, and user experience — using their expertise to enhance how clients are perceived and engaged online.
• This is a multi-faceted role that requires a solid grasp of front-end development, UI/UX design, website architecture, as well as hardware/software configuration.
• The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about using tech to communicate and amplify brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Alignment: Understand the company’s brand identity, values, history, tone of voice, and strategic direction — and ensure all tech projects align with these guidelines.
• Web Design & Development: Build, manage, and maintain company and client websites that reflect professional standards and brand coherence.
• Landing Pages & Funnels: Design and build high-conversion landing pages and marketing funnels tailored to client goals.
• Website Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of client websites, resolve technical and structural issues, and provide updated, professional recommendations and implementations.
• UI/UX Design: Apply practical, in-depth knowledge of UI/UX design to deliver visually compelling and intuitive web interfaces.
• Front-End Design: Create appealing, user-friendly website front ends that enhance visitor engagement and retention.
• Project Oversight: Monitor the progress and completion of all web projects, ensuring timelines are met, updates are continuous, and site performance is optimal.
• Training: Train other team members or trainees on web design and development best practices, including tool usage and current trends.
• Technical Support: Install and configure hardware and software systems as needed, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
• Digital Communication: Ensure websites serve as strong communication tools that accurately reflect the client’s brand message and goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in web design/development and UI/UX roles, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Proficient in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (Bootstrap, React, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of SEO, website performance, and analytics.
• Experience with sales funnel tools such as ClickFunnels, Leadpages, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing past web and UI/UX projects is mandatory.
