Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
  • This individual must possess a solid understanding of strategic communications, branding, and marketing services, and be capable of translating business needs into long-term value for clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (communications, creative, strategy) to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Track business development activities, manage pipelines, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous client engagements with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Contribute to brand awareness and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within a communications, branding, or media agency.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communications, PR, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • High emotional intelligence, confidence, and professional presence.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
