Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• This role is crucial to driving data-informed decisions by providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analysis
• The ideal candidate is a data-savvy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and deliver insightful financial presentations to senior management.
• Create predictive models and conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for business strategy.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and cost structures for optimization.
• Lead and support special projects involving financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering development in data and financial analytics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in finance and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 5 years plus of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and complex financial consolidations.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and filings (preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
