We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Personnel (Technical / Content Creator)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The IT Personnel (Technical Support & Content Creator) is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure while also creating digital content to support branding, marketing, and internal communications. 
• This hybrid role blends tech support skills with creative digital production to ensure both smooth tech operations and engaging content delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support (IT):
System & Network Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Set up workstations, hardware, and software for staff use.

Troubleshooting:

• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to help desk requests and resolve technical problems.

IT Asset Management:

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage repairs or replacements.
• Ensure regular backups, updates, and antivirus protection.

Support for POS & PMS Systems:

• Assist in the operation and troubleshooting of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, etc.).
• Provide support for front desk systems, billing, and reservations platforms.

Security & Data Management:

• Ensure network security and safeguard sensitive data.
• Assist with cybersecurity protocols and awareness among staff.

Content Creation:
Digital Media Production:

• Create engaging content for the hotel’s website, social media, and digital platforms (e.g., photos, videos, infographics).
• Edit and manage promotional videos, room tours, event highlights, etc.

Graphic Design:

• Design flyers, banners, menus, brochures, and in-house digital signage.
• Maintain visual consistency with the hotel’s brand identity.

Website & Social Media:

• Update website content, blogs, or special offers.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and increasing online engagement.

Photography & Videography:

• Take high-quality images of the hotel’s facilities, rooms, and events.
• Edit and archive media for marketing use.
