Job Title: Female Personal Assistant to the CEO (Beauty Brand)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid – 3 times a week onsite, flexible depending on CEO’s schedule)
Industry: Beauty Industry (Executive Salon & Spa)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional extended hours as needed)

Job Description

  • TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO for a growing Executive Beauty Salon & Spa brand based in Lekki Phase 1. 
  • This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy professional who is passionate about beauty, communications, and administration. 
  • The successful candidate will manage the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, oversee communication flow, support personal and brand tasks, and contribute to content and social media execution. 
  • You must be reliable, resourceful, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Diary & Calendar Management:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Organize travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodation.
  • Send reminders and ensure optimal time management for the CEO.
  • Coordinate CEO’s availability with internal and external stakeholders.

Communication Management:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence.
  • Draft letters, memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and staff, clients, and vendors.

Administrative & Confidential Support:

  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide assistance with personal errands or private matters when required.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Book flights, hotels, transport, restaurants, and prepare travel documents.
  • Handle travel expense claims and reimbursement reports.

Event & Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize internal and external meetings, events, or content days.
  • Ensure proper logistics and coordination for the CEO’s appearance and involvement.

Social Media & Content Support:

  • Assist in content creation (images, videos, captions, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Schedule and post content, engage with followers, and monitor brand activity online.
  • Suggest content ideas and maintain alignment with the CEO’s brand voice.

Brand & Operational Support:

  • Support communication between the CEO and team or clients.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Represent the brand professionally in both physical and virtual settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Admin role (experience in beauty/retail industry is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Social media literate confident in reels, stories, captions, and engaging content.
  • Smart, reliable, trustworthy, and proactive – able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Must reside within or close to Lekki Phase 1 for easy commute.
