Job Title: Patient Relationship Executive / Receptionist

Job Summary

• A Patient Relationship Executive will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships.
• They address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of patients' records.
• Updating and maintaining patients' records.
• Managing communication between patients and their physicians.
• Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnel.
• Assisting medical personnel in planning their schedule of work.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, and do patient billing.
• Computer guru.
