We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waitress / Waiter

Location: Benin City, Edo (Agbor Road)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress / Waiter to join our team at a reputable restaurant located along Agbor Road, Benin City. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and politely
• Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and process payments when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, respectful, and presentable appearance
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Agbor Road, Benin City.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
