We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Personnel

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using OPERA PMS
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications 
• A prior hotel front desk experience.
• Must be proficient in OPERA PMS – this is the primary software used
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be honest and reliable – candidates will be tested on their OPERA PMS knowledge
• Professional appearance and demeanor
