RNP Services is an HR Services company for corporate bodies and individual.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook / Housekeeper (Live-in)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Female, 25 years and above
• Literate and fluent in English
• Minimal Education: Senior Secondary. Post secondary education is an advantage.
• Live-in in the BQ - to go home on Saturdays back on Sunday evenings.
• Responsible for cleaning, laundry, groceries shopping, taking care of the house, some cooking, looking after teens, general house maintenance
• Will supervise other temporary/occasional staff (cleaners twice a week, visiting repairmen, gardeners, etc)
• Will keep track of foodstuff, cooked food and provisions, etc, to ensure timely restocking
• Will manage the housekeeping budget and give regular reports
• Will ensure that all household items are properly cared for, and all maintenance needs are promptly escalated and handled
• Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming at all times
• Daily Start time - 5:30am and closure time is 8pm on weekdays
• Must ensure that daily work is planned and a proper schedule is maintained
• Salary is N150k net monthly before confirmation and N200k after probation
• Monthly performance reviews conducted for feedback on productivity and development
• Outstanding performance may be rewarded with a discretionary half-year or annual bonus (depending on the agreed cycle)

Qualifications

• Candidates should have minimum of FSLC, SSCE / GCE / NECO, NCE or OND qualification 
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
