Development and implementation of marketing strategies
Develop annual marketing plan for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids.
Coordination of Team’s marketing efforts, liaising with vendors and Marketing & Corporate Communications Department
Analyzing and implementing potential partner relationships for the product
Supervise the coordination and evaluation of branches performance on all Money transfer products and recommend mystery shopping/spot check where necessary
Product idea generation, design, development and implementation
Fast-track creation of New locations/accounts
Supervise the preparation and analysis of Monthly/quarterly/Yearly reports for GMD, Board, Business Units and Group Heads
Collate branch monthly report against target for Business Performance and Monitoring department monthly and quarterly
Monitoring and providing Report of all money transfer weekend and dedicated centers
Provide support for branches when required
Coordinate Market and Competitor intelligence report with the assistance of Segment Management
Identify and sign on alternative delivery channels of MoneyGram, RIA/FGT & other products
Periodic visitation of locations for onsite assessment of FLAs and performance of product
Provide intermediary role between branches and other stake holders such as MoneyGram International, Vendors and other departments of the bank.
Supervise the resolution of branch issues, customer complaints and application down time to ensure optimum performance and reduce turnaround time to prevent service failure.
Coordinate & conduct Product training & awareness for Frontline Associates bank wide on Money Transfer Products in conjunction with First Academy.
Develop incentive initiatives programme to encourage product operatives with a view to increasing product market share.
Analysis of branch performance report of the product with a view to identifying problem areas and proffer solution
Stakeholders engagement
Liaise with auditors during annual audits on Money Transfer performance reports
Bank representation at stakeholders’ meeting
Monitoring of departmental operating budget and respond to budget queries by BPM
Attending to any other functions assigned by the HOD
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
Growing and driving sales volume
Educational Qualification
Minimum Education: First Degree Degree in any Social & Management Sciences / Related discipline
Experience:
Minimum Experience – At least 6 years banking experience with specifics Customer Services & Product Development / Money Transfer Business
