Job Title: Information and Communication Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the organization’s ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., cloud solutions, cybersecurity tools) to drive operational excellence.

Team & Project Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of ICT professionals, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Deliver complex ICT projects on time/budget, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST).

Systems & Security Oversight:

• Optimize ICT infrastructure (hardware/software/networks) for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Implement robust disaster recovery and data protection protocols.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Advise senior management on ICT investments and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on ICT experience (5+ in leadership roles).

Proven expertise in:

• ICT infrastructure management (networks, cloud systems).
• Project delivery (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
• Cybersecurity frameworks and compliance.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost optimization).

Nice to Have:

• Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP).
• Experience in oil/gas or engineering sectors.
