Job Title: Project Pharmacist

Location: Oshodi - Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Pharmacist to oversee and manage our pharmacy, clinic and satellite operations. 
• This pivotal role involves coordinating daily activities, operational efficiency, leading staff, marketing, providing daily project oversights, and driving the overall profitability of business aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily activities of all units, ensuring operational efficiency and top-quality service delivery to patients and clients. Oversee inventory control, including stocking and restocking
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Staff Management: Supervise and lead a dedicated team of 8 staff across the pharmacy and clinic, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Project Management: Lead and oversee ongoing and new projects related to the pharmacy, clinic and satellite activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services of the pharmacy and clinic, driving patient engagement and business growth.
• Accounting & Planning: Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and accounting for the units, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.
• Profitability Drive: Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements to enhance the financial health of both the pharmacy and clinic.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3-5yrs relevant experience
• Project Management Experience/Certification will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in facility management or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership and staff management & communicationskills.
• Sound understanding of inventory management and accounting principles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Renumeration scale
N240,000 - N330,000 (depends on experience).
