Job Title: Business Development Manager, Learning and Development

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients seeking to enhance their teams' capabilities throughtailored learning and development solutions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the learning and development space
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized training programs that meet client needs
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for TeamAce and its client
• Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any field with 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably within learning and development services
• Proven track record of successfully bringing in sales and acquiring clients within the consulting sector
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives without constant supervision
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N400,000 per month.
