Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and experienced Female Private Chef to manage all culinary operations at the private residence of a high-profile CEO.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality meals, maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene, and meeting the dietary and lifestyle preferences of the CEO and household.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) in line with dietary requirements, preferences, and nutritional goals.
• Create customized menus that align with the CEO’s taste and health requirements, including occasional guests.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and high standards of hygiene at all times.
• Source, purchase, and manage inventory of high-quality, fresh ingredients.
• Manage kitchen equipment and ensure their maintenance and proper functioning.
• Accommodate special occasions, events, or entertaining needs at the residence.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all household matters.
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and overall household harmony.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role (experience in high-profile homes and restaurant is an advantage).
• Culinary certification or degree from a recognized culinary school.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines (local and international) and dietary requirements.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clean background and character references.
• Must reside in or around Kubwa, Gwarinpa, Dutse, or Galadimawa for ease of commute.
