Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. 
• In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that align with the client's needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Team-Ace and its clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years minimum experience in same field
• Relevant certifications in sales and/or business development.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
