We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Beauty Business Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1 Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Work Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-7 pm | Sunday: 12pm-7 pm)

Job Description

  • A beauty business located in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations across all aspects of the business.
  • This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about structure, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.
  • The Manager is responsible for implementing strategies for expansion, streamlining operations, and enhance the overall customer and team experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the studio and overall business, ensuring seamless service and product delivery.
    • Refine and implement operational processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
    • Work closely with the COO to grow, expand, and develop the business through strategic planning and execution.
  • Customer Experience & Service
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain a top-tier client experience in-studio and online.
    • Monitor service/product quality and ensure professionalism in all customer interactions.
    • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, using insights to drive service and product improvements.
  • Resource & Staff Management
    • Coordinate staff, ensuring optimal team performance and efficiency.
    • Conduct briefings and training sessions to improve staff knowledge and service delivery.
    • Oversee adherence to company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
    • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members when necessary.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
    • Track daily sales and expenses, ensuring accuracy in reporting and reconciliation.
    • Collaborate with management on performance analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Stock & Product Management
    • Maintain and update inventory records for retail and studio supplies.
      Track stock levels, ensuring timely restocking to avoid shortages.
    • Implement proper inventory handling to prevent loss or damage.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Must reside in or close to Lekki Phase 1
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years in business operations and management
  • A proactive team player who is hardworking, adaptable, and growth-driven
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, or retail industry
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Skilled in operations, inventory, and retail management
  • Proficient in using digital tools to track operations, sales, and performance metrics
  • Social media and tech-savvy with a pulse on industry trends

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
