Over the past 20 years of development, we have become a multinational corporation with diversified industrial clusters of iron and steel, chemical fibre, plastics, textile and lead-acid battery manufacturing based on the construction of a circular economy industrial park.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja and Aba - Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to sales representatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics. Set sales goals, quotas, and territories. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Sales Operations and Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance data. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives. Develop and implement training programs for sales staff. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

• The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
