Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Zoho and ClickUp tools to manage tasks, projects, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining calendars.
• Task Management: Use ClickUp to manage tasks, projects, and workflows, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
• Document Management: Utilize Zoho to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Organization: Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring that tasks, documents, and information are accurately tracked and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Zoho and ClickUp: Proficiency in using Zoho and ClickUp tools, with experience in managing tasks, projects, and workflows.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
