Location: Akure, Ondo

Job Summary

• We are seeking a goal-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. 
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Basic Pay
N70,000 monthly.
