The Role

• We’re currently looking for a motivated Marketing Managerto help us expand our reach and grow our customer base.
• As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 
• You’ll manage a talented team, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in shaping our marketing voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, etc.)
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
• Lead and mentor a growing marketing team
• Oversee the creation of compelling content and messaging
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor campaign performance and present data-driven insights
• Support product launches and promotional events

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in marketing or a similar role
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• A creative mind with an eye for design and storytelling
