Job Description

• A Sales and Marketing Executive is a professional who combines the responsibilities of both sales and marketing to drive business growth.
• They develop and implement strategies to generate leads, engage with customers, and ultimately increase sales.
• This role requires a blend of marketing skills like market research, campaign management, and content creation, along with sales skills like negotiation, relationship building, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies: This includes identifying target audiences, creating compelling messaging, and designing effective campaigns.
• Conduct market research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Generate leads and nurture them: Develop strategies to attract potential customers through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns: Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different platforms, ensuring they are aligned with sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients: Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate deals and close sales: Present value propositions, handle objections, and secure sales agreements.
• Achieve sales targets: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving marketing and sales landscape.

Typical Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in sales or marketing.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques: Including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software: Using tools to manage customer relationships, track leads, and analyze sales data.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
• Sales skills: Including negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
