Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to drive business growth within the plastics industry. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the plastics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends, particularly in resin markets such as PP, PE, PVC, and EVA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging industry knowledge and strong networking skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Qualification: HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in the plastics industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Remuneration

• Salary: N300,000 - N1,000,000 annually (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
• Commission: Additional commission will be provided based on sales performance.
