Description

• Are you ready to kick-start your career in land allocation and surveying? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Site Operations Officer to join our dynamic team! If you’re a fresh graduate, currently serving (NYSC), or just looking to make your mark in the real estate industry – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with the surveying and mapping of land areas for allocation
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth site assessments
• Help in the preparation and maintenance of land documentation
• Support land allocation processes to ensure the project’s smooth operation
• Regular site visits and inspections to ensure accuracy
• Provide excellent support to the team to maintain seamless daily operations

What You’ll Bring

• A National Diploma (ND) or its equivalent (in Surveying, Building, Estate Management, or related field)
• No prior experience? No problem! This role is open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience, including NYSC members.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of surveying tools and methods is a bonus
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors

Who We’re Looking For

• Male applicants are preferred (for operational reasons)
• NYSC members are especially encouraged to apply, this could be your ideal first job after service
• A passion for surveying, land management, and operations in a real-world setting
• Proximity to Agege is ideal for easy commuting
• Experience: 0-2 years
  Academic Qualification: National Diploma (ND) and its equivalent
