Tailored Talent, a recruitment company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Operations Lead 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily business operations across retail outlets
• Monitor and improve workflow processes for inventory, sales, and customer service
• Supervise and coordinate activities of on-ground staff to ensure productivity
• Analyze performance data and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management
• Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to manage supply chain effectively
• Handle escalated issues and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Must reside within VI / Lekki / Island axis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 Monthly.
