Job Title: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Business Structuring & Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to structure the business for growth and efficiency.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring productivity, quality control, and process optimization.
• Market Insights & Competitive Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, enabling us maintain a competitive edge.
• Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to enhance the company’s capabilities and maintain high product/service standards.
• Innovation & Expansion: Drive innovation within the organization by exploring new business opportunities, markets, and technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent in key meetings, negotiations, and partnerships when senior management is unavailable.
• Decision-Making & Autonomy: Exercise decision-making authority on key operational matters with the consent of top management.
• Financial Oversight: Work within a conservative budget framework to ensure sustainable financial management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 8 years experience. 
• Proven track record in structuring businesses, managing operations, and driving strategic growth.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in marketing and managerial functions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to attract, hire, and manage top talent effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in the technology or identity verification space is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 / Month (subject to the conservative discretion of the company).
