Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Officer with a strong understanding of the real estate market to manage our online presence and drive digital campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will use digital tools and strategies to promote our properties, attract buyers/tenants, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop engaging content (copy, images, and video) for website, email newsletters, and social media channels.
Collaborate with designers and videographers for property promotional materials and virtual tours.
Social Media Management:
Manage company profiles across social media platforms with consistent posting, community engagement, and growth strategies.
Monitor trends and create real estate-relevant content to increase visibility and credibility.
SEO & Web Analytics:
Improve website traffic through SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
Track and report on digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
CRM & Email Marketing:
Segment and manage email lists; design and send real estate drip campaigns and newsletters.
Use CRM platforms to monitor lead journeys and retarget potential clients effectively.
Market Research:
Analyse online competitors, digital trends, and audience behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Benchmark campaigns against real estate industry standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and SEO tools.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local and international real estate trends.
Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
