Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at [Elders security Services], a leading provider of security solutions. 
• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with our security products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about security systems, monitoring services, and company policies
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service
• Handle billing questions and process payments when necessary
• Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services based on customer needs
• Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through system setup

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the security or technology industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical understanding of alarm systems, CCTV, or access control is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
