Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
Identifying target audiences and tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with them.
Creating social media calendars and planning content schedules.
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity.
Setting measurable goals and KPIs for social media performance.
Content Creation and Curation:
Creating engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, optimized for different platforms.
Ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and guidelines.
Adapting content for various social media platforms and audiences.
Curating relevant content from other sources to share with the audience.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills may be required.
Community Management and Engagement:
Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages.
Engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions.
