We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant – Organisational Development to drive transformational initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Organisational Development (OD) and a strong background in HR consulting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement OD strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Development Strategy:
Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational culture.
Collaborate with leadership teams to assess organizational needs and implement change initiatives.
Change Management & Culture Transformation:
Design and implement change management frameworks to support organizational transitions.
Facilitate cultural transformation initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Leadership & Talent Development:
Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capability.
Identify and implement talent development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
Organisational Design & Workforce Planning:
Conduct workforce analysis and design organizational structures that optimize efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations on role design, team dynamics, and competency frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Design and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
HR Policy & Process Improvement:
Assess and enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and business alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Consulting & Stakeholder Management:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on OD initiatives.
Collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related strategies that support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Organisational Development.
Proven experience in a consulting firm is mandatory.
Strong expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational design.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and interventions that drive business performance.
Knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
