Lymex Limited manufactures construction chemicals and furniture, both locally produced and imported.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and Defining Scope: Strategically outline and develop the overall project framework and objectives.
• Team Formation and Leadership: Assemble a skilled team and provide strong, effective leadership.
• Progress Monitoring and Deadline Setting: Track project milestones closely while establishing and enforcing realistic deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address and overcome challenges that emerge during the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Oversee and control the project budget, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication and work to achieve high satisfaction levels among all stakeholders.
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the project's progress and outcomes to inform future improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have an HND / B.Arch Degree 
• 0 - 2 years work experience in a related field
