Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proficient and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of the organization’s data strategy and best practices.
• Use programming tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to manage and analyze data.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 – 3 year(s)
• Proven experience working on real-world data projects.
• Knowledge of GIS data and spatial analysis is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases is an advantage.
