The Role

• We’re looking for a passionate, proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on building meaningful client relationships, solving real-world business challenges, and driving customer success at scale, this role is for you.
• You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our users—ensuring clients experience maximum value, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

• Own and manage a portfolio of Flex Finance customers
• Drive customer retention and growth through meaningful engagement
• Analyze usage data to anticipate client needs and reduce churn
• Onboard, train, and support clients and internal customer service teams
• Collaborate with product, support, and sales to improve client outcomes
• Implement strategies that boost client satisfaction and loyalty
• Serve as the voice of the customer in internal feedback loops
• Generate referrals and upsell opportunities through excellent service

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-centric mindset with proven client-facing experience
• Proficiency with tools like Pipedrive, Zoho, Slack, and Monday.com
• Solid organizational skills—able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Leadership qualities, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset
