Senior Product Manager at Migo Money Incorporated

Migo is a cloud-based platform that enables companies to offer credit to their consumer and small business customers. Leveraging proprietary datasets, Migo builds ML algorithms to assess credit risk, and then offers credit lines to the companies’ customers. This credit line can be used to make purchases from a merchant or to withdraw cash without the need for point-of-sale hardware or plastic cards. Because of our proprietary data and innovative technical solutions, Migo is able to extend credit to underbanked customers who are not typically covered by credit bureaus.

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Your responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our customers, business, and market context
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to maximize value and impact.
• Lead the execution of product development projects, from conception to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and risk teams to drive the successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the platform and the products it supports
• Work with the partnerships and customer experience teams to define customer experience and product deliverables for our partners
• Conduct constant product experimentation and drive the design, analysis, and impact of product experiments
• Drive continuous improvement through iterative development cycles, driving the design and analysis of product experiments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong technical background, with experience in product and program management across growth, engineering, data, and operations functions
• Strong understanding of financial services, credit and fintech, ideally in emerging markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working with B2B API and SaaS-focused products
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a passion for driving positive impact in emerging markets.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and work hard to achieve set company objectives
