Program Instructors (Dramatic & Performance Arts) at IDMANN Academy

IDMANN Academy provides tutorial support to secondary and pre-secondary age students via our class-leading online platform. The IDMANN High Achievers' Camp (HAC) provides elementary school students an outstanding educational experience by introducing them to development courses at an early age. This highly focused engagement provides an ideal learning environment for highly gifted students who could benefit from accelerated development, students with special needs who could benefit from individualized attention, or families seeking personalized and customized instruction for their children. In every instance, IDMANN Academy offers a curriculum - and delivers curricular outcomes - that is intended to meet the unique needs of the student and the aspirations of the family at large. These tutorial outcomes are delivered by way of direct interaction between the students and the instructor in very small focused groups. The IDMANN instructor is a well-trained and disciplined educator.

IDMANN Institute provides training in professional development and technical entrepreneurship through our College of General Studies and the School of Experiential Learning, respectively. We also provide secondary and pre-secondary tutorial services through IDMANN Academy. All our courses are offered online in live sessions with seasoned instructors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Instructors (Dramatic & Performance Arts)

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide students in the dramatic and performance arts.
• Work with students to produce and deliver LIVE performances that are suitable for Public broadcast (radio or TV).
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes as needed.
• Become a full-fledged contributor to the administration and operation of the organization while supporting upper management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree, NCE, BA , BEd, HND , MA with 5 years relevant experience.
• Prior experience as an entrepreneur will be deemed advantageous.
• Relocation is required for persons living outside Aba.
• Excellent facility using a computer and common office applications.
• Ability to carry out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization.
• Prior experience interfacing between line staff and upper management, with Demonstrated ability to show initiative and leadership as and when needed.
• Prior experience preparing associated reports, and correspondence.
• Prior experience representing an organization by interfacing with external partners and associates tro advance the organization's affairs.
