Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Summary

• We're seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various digital platforms, with a focus on video production, social media, graphic design, and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Write compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Create and script video content for YouTube.
• Design and create visually appealing pins for Pinterest.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Schedule and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Email Marketing:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Develop content that aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.
• Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing and social media management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
• Experience with SEO and content optimization.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
