Job Description

• We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and reliable Driver to support our marketing team in their efforts to identify and pursue business opportunities within the Abuja metropolis. 
• The primary responsibility of this role is to provide safe and efficient transportation for marketing staff to various locations across the city. 
• The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Abuja's road networks, traffic patterns, and key business areas.

Responsibilities

• Safe and Efficient Transportation: Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for marketing staff to meetings, site visits, and other business-related locations within Abuja and its environs.
• Extensive Route Knowledge: Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of Abuja's roads, shortcuts, and traffic conditions to ensure efficient travel and timely arrival at destinations.
• Route Planning Assistance: Offer insights and suggestions on the most effective routes to optimize travel time and minimize delays.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks (e.g., oil, water, tires) and report any maintenance needs or vehicle issues promptly. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing Adolicia Oil and Gas positively.
• Punctuality and Reliability: Adhere to schedules and ensure punctuality in picking up and dropping off marketing staff.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with the marketing team regarding schedules and any potential delays.
• Vehicle Security: Ensure the security of the company vehicle at all times.
• Adherence to Traffic Laws: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Flexibility: Be flexible with working hours to accommodate the schedules of the marketing team.

Skills and Qualifications

• A secondary school certificate or equivalent
• Proven experience as a professional driver with a strong track record of safe driving.
• Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of Abuja's road networks, landmarks, and key business districts is essential.
• Valid and clean driver's license (appropriate class for the vehicle to be operated).
• Excellent driving skills and a keen awareness of traffic conditions in Abuja.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform routine checks.
• Ability to use navigation apps and devices effectively.
• Familiarity with the general layout and key areas of Abuja..

Salary
N55,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
