Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, setting a positive tone for their experience with the company. 
• This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the front desk operates efficiently by managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and assisting with administrative tasks. 
• The receptionist will act as a key liaison between various departments, customers, and visitors, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and providing exceptional customer service.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain organized under pressure, and a professional demeanour. As the face of the company, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and help maintain the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk operations and keep the reception area tidy
• Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Requirements

• Candidates should have an ND / NCE qualification
• Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
