We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where necessary.
• Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Organize and plan meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs, including operational and financial summaries for board meetings.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure an efficient office filing system.
• Monitor and report on the MD’s email, responding on their behalf when required.
• Draft communications and official correspondence on behalf of the MD/Project Manager.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports as needed by the MD.
• Coordinate with the Estate Manager and Field Supervisors to compile and summarize daily productivity reports for review by the MD, Project Manager (PM), and HR.
• Prepare and submit the plantation’s monthly report by the 5th of the following month.
• Act as the company secretary for the Estate Manager, Project Manager, HR Manager, and Finance Manager.
• Handle various ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N450,000 / Month.
