Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and researching potential customers, generating leads, and making initial contact.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating the value proposition, and tailoring solutions to customer requirements.
Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and agreements, and securing orders from clients.
Possessing a strong understanding of ICT products and services, providing technical advice and support to customers.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and tracking performance.
Keeping up-to-date on market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Working closely with sales teams, technical teams, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Integration Sales in Nigeria.
Relevant work experience in sales, particularly in the ICT industry.
Strong understanding of the ICT market and industry trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Any additional certifications on Cyber Security, DC Networking etc
