Job Title: Sales Executive - PC / Marine Coating

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and business development of Protective and Marine Paints. 
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial coatings, protective paints, marine coatings, and be capable of managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Strategic Responsibility - To facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure. To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
• Day to Day Management - To manage the day to day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Sales Growth Targets - To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
• Customer Relationship - To develop good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
• Key Accounts - To focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure prompt solution to their satisfaction.

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Eng / B.Tech in Chemistry / Paint OR Chemicals and AMPP Level 1 / 2 will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in selling paints & providing Technical service to the Protective and Marine Coating Industry. 
• Good knowledge about the various liquid coatings their specifications, application etc.
• Well exposed to B2B Marketing.
• A good spoken and written English skill is a must. Working knowledge of French would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• A few years of experience in the development of High performance Decorative Coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Self motivated, result driven and able to work independently.

Salary
N280,000 Monthly.
